In Praise of Bach - Fundraiser Concert

Six organists from the Arrowhead Chapter of the American Guild of Organists shared the bench at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Duluth Friday Evening, May 2nd. This all-Bach concert was held to benefit the Arrowhead Chapter’s general fund and Young Organist Scholarship. The total funds raised were over $1,250.00.

Parker closed the program with the Prelude and Fugue in C minor, BWV 549.

Attended by well over 100 people, this concert was played to a lively audience. Parker himself was a scholarship student who greatly benefited from similar events, and is excited to share his time and talents to keep that program running.
