As an experienced organist and pianist, Parker MacIver Hinnenkamp brings artistry, professionalism, and liturgical sensitivity to wedding ceremonies of all sizes and traditions. Whether you’re planning a sacred church service or a refined non-religious celebration, Parker will work closely with you to select and perform music that complements your venue, reflects your values, and elevates the moment.

What’s Included

Each wedding package includes:

• A pre-wedding consultation (virtual or in-person)

• Custom music planning based on your preferences and traditions

• Rehearsal with soloists or instrumentalists (if needed)

• Live performance for the ceremony (prelude, processional, interludes, recessional)

• Access to a curated list of traditional and modern repertoire

Additional services include:

• Music for cocktail hour or reception

• Extra rehearsal time or liturgical advising

Wedding Rate Sheet

Standard Ceremony (Piano or Organ) - $600. Includes consultation, ceremony music, and one rehearsal with soloist (if applicable).

Deluxe Ceremony (with Additional Planning) - $850. Includes extra planning, up to two rehearsals, and coordination with officiants/musicians.

Ceremony + Cocktail Hour - $1,200. Adds up to 60 minutes of background music for post-ceremony events.

Travel Fee (if outside Duluth metro) $0.75/mile + lodging if >75 miles

Add-ons

Rehearsal Dinner Music (1 hour) $300

Additional Rehearsals (per hour) $100

Liturgical or Custom Music Arranging $75–$150

Dates fill quickly, especially in summer and around holidays. To reserve your date, contact Parker using the button above or email parkerhinnenkampmusic@gmail.com with your wedding location and preferred package. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
